Kinda. More like in-app ads, some people are not happy with quality of traffic from that source. And I am in a search of sensei, who can help solve that problem, so I could test more, cause right now I can't make it spend even one cent

Your campaigns that are stopped spending are in the same region. Which region is that?
Do you have campaigns in other regions? If so, are your campaigns in other regions still spending well?
We need to test with different types of campaigns to come to a conclusion

Yeah that’s just how Bigo is. Some geos barely have traffic so you’ll see spend for a day or two then it just dies. Nothing’s “wrong” with your account, it’s just low inventory.


Couple things you can try:

• Bump your bid higher than the suggested one, that usually kickstarts delivery.
• Test a few different geos at once, some just won’t spend no matter what.
• Rotate fresh creatives, their system really likes new ads.
• Keep daily budgets a bit higher at first so the algo doesn’t choke your campaign.

Happened to me too – one geo burned out in 3 days, switched to another and it started spending again. Don’t overthink it, just move to geos with more traffic.

What region are you targeting? Bigo is not available in all regions.
