all you need is a merchant account (paypal is a no go) and a membership site and some hosting.
Also, because you are in the US don't forget to get all the appropriate releases and age verifications stuff in place.

It's not that hard to be do - a simple membership script is easy to come by.

I would say screw fiftey percent commission. Do it like an affiliate commission where they get paid based on the number of subscriptions each video brings or something. And yeah, almost all girl vids are worth something.

Pay them an upfront of like 100$ in "good faith" and then pay them a membership commission varying on how many unique views/downloads their videos have(So, say the membership costs 20$, the user watches 100 videos, so you take 50% split it in 20 and that's what you give each one, or make it even more complicated, add a multiplier based on the video rating and length).

Anyway, that's how I would do it.
