Ha Ha.... I just made the same (worded differently) comments to my wife. My heart goes out to the Kutcher family though. I could not imagine going through what they did and seeing someone they think is guilty being set free.

Why do they believe it was her that did it? Were they brainwashed by the media that wanted a femme fatale to increase ad revenue?
Apparently she's changed her story numerous times. I personally think she was guilty from this alone. If not for the crime itself, for withholding information about the true murderer.

Yes there is a smell about this case. She may not be guilty of the actual murder
but there is more to this then meets the eye.
Can anyone remember the name of the others involved in this case?

Daily Mail in the UK published what must have been a pre-prepared article about LOSING her appeal. They've pulled it now but you can get it via that search engine. It was left up on their website for half an hour apparently before they changed it. Funny but ridiculous.

I was actually killing well known journalists on twitter for pre empting the result
and getting it wrong while watching the result live.
Her parents are already discussing book deal and one of US news network have rented a private jet to take her to USA.
Judge said that the evidence against her is NOT reliable which doesn't mean that she didn't do it. This is very similar to OJ Simpson trial. Money can buy best lawyers. I wouldn't be surprise if Obama was involve ( he needs some good PR for second term) He got Osama and now Knox.
Second, we are talking about trial in Italy. The country run by Mafia.
Her family are pretty wealthy so i'm not sure how true this is.

If she is innocent, she deserves it because it will be hell for her to get a job or live any type of a normal life.
However, if she is guilty or has any knowledge of anything to do with this crime she is profiting off of a murder and that is the biggest travesty of it all.
Either way, I know I would personally not want to go through any of what she has (guilty or innocent) for any amount of money.
