What the best linking method for got a good link juice on PBN ?
a). HOMEPAGE PBN to HOMEPAGE
b). HOMEPAGE PBN to INNERPAGE 1-2-3
c). INNERPAGE PBN to INNERPAGE 1-2-3
d). INNERPAGE PBN to HOMEPAGE
e). HOMEPAGE PBN to HOMEPAGE 1-2-3
f). INNERPAGE PBN to HOMEPAGE 1-2-3
NB: 1-2-3 is different of url or domain.
And how much the max OBL would be good on 1 PBN ?

how about the backlink speed? how many links to you post per week or per month to a new site?
here I have run a litle test on a new domain, I have a small pbn of around 8 sites, all on diferent ip and most of them have traffic,
these are the links I have made so far,
DOMAIN:
KEYWORD I AM AFTER:
so far I am at position 80,
this is what the competition looks like,
do you think I should keep making links or wait and see?

It depends on your budget but the formula is quite simple - the more they cost, the better they are. At least usually.
Buy as expensive domains as you can afford and where you buy it does not matter. I usually research ~10 markets and buy where the price is the cheapest.
You can use ahrefs free tool, but I'm afraid there is no automation in this as the backlinks are most important thing to domains and you can't research that automatically.
Both. I'm not looking what kind that domain is but if it's clean and what history + backlinks it has.
Unlimited? Imagine that PBN links as a normal blog or website. You can link as many times as possible but keep 1 domain per one PBN rule.

In this way I can double the pbn links for free.

It's completely normal, of course the power will be less, but it's natural and even I'm doing it.
1. I'm finding them with agres and I'm buying them at completely random places where there is the cheapest price.
2. I'm mostly linking like I would do in my money sites, completely natural, so in the articles mostly. Later they are falling off the homepage as it's also natural.

Keep all domains on godaddy, it's only a footprint in these SEO "gurus" minds. Google does not even look at registars and even if they would, 70% of websites are registered on Namecheap, I think that's insane to think it as a footprint.
Speed is not that important as you don't want to rank your PBN that much anyway.
I'm posting at least 1 article per 2 weeks but when you get more than 100 PBN's it's hard to post more than 1 article per month on them.
Sure, keep velocity and keep building till you hit top 1!

how do u setup vps with so many ip for you pbn ?

If you have a large number of sites, I'd recommend using MainWP to manage them. It's free to use, and makes it a breeze to change themes/plugins and to keep sites updated and backed up. There's also a host of addons, free & paid, but a monthly sub for all paid addons is less than $20. I've used it for the past 4 years managing up to 700+ domains and it's never faltered.
There's a spin addon that uses your spinners API, and a posting module for drip feeding. It's site grouping capabilities make it ideal for assigning different sites to specific niches.
So yeah, check it out.

Don't make the same footprint from most of the pages, it's better to use 50% links to one site and 50% to other.
None. Just make it a live website, put some content and wait for it to index.

Yes, you need PBN's with goog links, the new domain will be nothing.
I'm just telling them that we use safe methods to get to the top 3 serps. Usually I ask them to provide hosting if not I'm charging them my hosting price per month x5.
I don't use cloudflare and suggest you to not use it as well. I'm using reverse proxy script on my vps, custom made. I have bought some dedicated IP' and signed them to my pbns.
I wouldn't want to put all my eggs in one basket
For me it was 1 month. After 2-3 months you can see full power!
