I a level 2 seller on fiverr and I am making pretty cool money while enjoying working with clients at Fiverr.
I will answer your questions related to Fiverr.
Try not to post one liners, post detailed questions.

How much money are you earning with fiverr per month?

1.Do you outsource the jobs you get or do you do them yourself ?
2. If you were to begin on fiverr right now, what gig would you do ?
3. Any black hat / grey hat / white hat tips to quickly get dozens of customers ?

I am also earning well from Fiverr and recently touched the 5k mark in 7 months but I have few questions like
1. What research you do before creating any gig?
2. How do you promote your Fiverr gigs?
3. Do you approach clients outside Fiverr or just limited to Fiverr and if not. how do you think we approach clients outside Fiverr?

1 I do the jobs myself.
2 Gigs that require some rare , some hard to find skillset.
3 I have done all white hat so far on fiverr. Focus on 2 if you wanna do whitehat.

I acuire a skillset. See if there's market , how saturated it is. If every thing looks good I spend few months and try to master the skillset.
I try to rank the gigs on first page of fiverr, no promotion.
I dont , but clients try to. This will get your account banned fast.
Put yourself in client shoes why will you go off fiverr.
Because you wanna pay less money , get more work done, get some free work, pay after the work only if you like the work.
None of these will help you it can only hurt you. So don't do that.
Also buyers know very well that it will get you banned. They will try to get you banned for any number of reason. Make no mistake about.

a) It's pretty easy to join. This is the biggest advantage fiverr has over other freelance platforms.
Everyone is welcome.
(Only acceptions are a few countries where you can't use Fiverr's payment options.)
b) Joining and selling are free for sellers.
c) There's no need to promote your services. Fiverr does all the promotions. Check this video :

Is it safe to buy reviews?

- How'd you find a good less competitive niche to create a gig on (I think micro niches work well here too) but just want to know how would you find or make sure a niche is profitable or have less competition.
- I don't end up getting a lot of jobs because my price is higher than majority and have less reviews (the rating is 5 the numbers are less). Do you think 'Fiverr = cheap" is myth or real? My average selling price is 70 USD.
- What freelance platform would you pick if fiverr is no longer in the game tomorrow and why?

i mean how to get orders ? is it as simple as posting a gig? i've tried once and it didn't work.

Yes.
I haven't seen any post about Fiverr warning or ban due to buying reviews. So I assume it's safe to buy reviews.
I myself haven't bought any reviews.

I found less competitive niche by reading bhw and having open mind. Also people post all sort of niches in their blogs which you can find in google.
Once you find the niche you can search it on fiverr and validate.
You can also find less competitive niches just by browsing and searching Fiverr.
While there is always price war between Fiverr sellers for same service I have sold service from 5 dollars to 400 dollars.
There are 2 ways you can scale.
1) Hire a team / outsource with strong quantity control.
High quality is a must as a 1 star review will need 20 more five star reviews to mitigate it.
Also if you get a 1 star review in the beginning, forget about it , delete the account and create new one.
2) provide expensive service like video production.

Also now a days Fiverr algo take into account cancellations. A few cancellations will deboost all your gigs to last page for 3 months. Deboosting iss very easy to implement now a days. Like they are doing in facebook and twitter. So cancellation is as bad as 1 star reviews.

Don't wait till tomorrow, create account in upwork, freelancer , seoclerks and guru at the least ( and ofcourse jrvip in bhw)

Create gigs with keyword that will rank on first page when someone search for the keyword.
Keyword like for example:
Logo music band
And not:
Logo design

Congrats on your earnings. You seem to have done pretty good research on Fiverr.

So, excluding your niche, what are the top 5 least competitive niches that are still untapped and requires a minimal skillset?

I am making some money from seoclerk but same service never got me any sales on fiverr, what i may be doo wrong.

I sell app making
And promo video making

If the competition is too much on a keyword, how do you get your gig ranked on it?
