I plan to create a fanpage to promote my CPA offer. I plan to add only short videos. Is just adding videos enough, or is it worth using additional free platforms for promotion? Without additional promotion, is there even a chance to build such a fanpage in 2023?

Viral unique short videos. You can try to scrape from Tiktok, chinese ones and translate.
Post in the thread, we will try to answer and help you with it.
There is definitely a chance but pretty low. Unless you have really unique short videos then you will stand out, if not go for addtional free platforms.

It's pretty saturated right now in free facebook groups. The best way we would suggest is to get them to join your private facebook group, give good content and try to sell afterwards.
Probably buying likes or views since you said content is not original.
Free traffic means you don't have to spend anything. It's not easy but possible. Viral content.
Depending on your niche. What we would suggest here is viral shorts.

Its about user engagement in the group. Facebook has their own algo to rank niche groups.
