Thought about in which section to post this but it's free advice so guess it fit best in freebies as there are services out there that charge for advice about marketing and promotion :)

You probably got referred through thishttps://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/local-agency-journey-motivational-thread-1500-in-one-week.1156666/from my other thread if not, sup..

DISCLAIMER!!
this is not some thread for some future BST to design your own agency! Could have used any of my other threads also for some BST and maybe I should have from a marketing perspective but haven't. Just want to help out the https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/a-couple-beginner-tips-low-cost-free-money-making-methods-for-beginners.999534/.

So ask away! Can't promise you an answer you will like or guarantee your success, I can only guarantee you an honest answer whether it be positive or negative ;) Just know you can do a LOT with a small budget ;)

And seriously don't judge on forum title, I'm like everyone else! Lost money, fucked up, lost more money, tried other things, fucked up again, lost money again, checked out easy methods, tried them and invested money, lost more money, got frustrated etc.

Anyway! ↓

1. Toughest challenge you had to face?
2. The must-do task you feel it´s vital for the success of this type of project?
3. Best advise for newcomers?

1. How much you making now per day?
2. What is your main traffic source?
3. CPA? Or own products?

Dang you're fast!!

1. A very hard question man! Uhm, for me personally probably depression as you really don't feel like doing anything when it comes to doing things online there is so much to do but you need the right mindset!

2. Hmm, you must absolutely build a strong character! Because in this game you will get disappointed a LOT especially if you're a beginner.

3. Referring to nr 2. Accept you will fail and get frustrated! Don't think after a couple times, fuck this shit! Every fail is a lesson! (within IM and life) Pick urself up and continue!

1. I love this question! I don't have a static number for that but as most people will tell you, none of your goddamn business!
2. Funny enough, social engineering, word to mouth and FB groups which results in the first 2
3. Neither! Currently earning on my knowledge but CPA and certain Physical products will be back on the menu soon!

How do you source local-SEO clients?
I try to outsource them to people like you but unfortunately that hasn't worked out.. bwahahaha Jk ;)

At present time I'm dealing with them on my own.

Hmm, haven't had that issue, had the same niche but they were both in different regions if I would get both in the same region, honestly, don't know yet what I would do. If it's just SEO I would spread the keywords if it's design, have to figure that out on the way as usually I would place a backlink in the footer but surely I would come up with something :D

What do you think about amazon affiliate websites?
Hard question for me personally! Because amazon hasn't gripped my country yet. I know many people that make money through Amazon sites and I do believe you can still make money from it but not as easy as it used to be, you need some serious cash for proper domains, content, SEO.

I was seriously surprised how fucked up SEO and webdesign was in my country.
That's a good answer. I'd say it's fucked up everywhere with a lot of people not knowing what they're doing.

I don't think I would open a local agency because it's more face to face. I like working anywhere.

I would have to disagree!

My examples were face to face by coincidence. My first ever client was me mailing them and tell them in kind words their website sucked!! They have been my client for almost 8 years now ;)

No face to face man. I only have a ticket system as support, Although by coincidence I met the last 2 clients on a personal lvl everyone else is through FB and internet ;)

What you will recommend for newbies, on what they should focus :)

Hmm so many things to focus on, for me really, focus on anything IM related in your country where the rest is dropping the ball and I think in any country there are people dropping it.

Well this is something
I am currently phasing a huge down in my life.
Started a web agency but as a one man show.
But lately unable to handle everything.
I need an automated system which should be free atleast for now.
Also what would you recommend for approaching a client?

I am thinking of email blast for now
Then some FB and LinkedIn ads
Starting to do SEO will be done soon. Then I might get some organic client's but for now it's a desert.
Even the ones who submit their enquiry doesn't bother to sometime revert, any solution for that how should I approach them.
I know it might be my issue, I need to address the approach.

I'm a one-man army also. I do webdesign, SEO, Social media management, email marketing, SEM and SMM :D

I would not spam email cuz that will give you a bad rep fast. FB could be a nice place to start but you need to do some promos, so make some sites for a special price, do some things for free in return for reviews.

If you bring quality support and service people will find you.

Whats your education background and previous Job experience?
High school, uni dropout, found out homelessness and University don't go well together :D got my master from the university of hardknocks though.

Everything else I'm self-taught.

Previous job, dang I've done so much truck driver,.construction worker, garbage man, courier, computer repair, bartender, nurse, social worker and a ton other things I did though a temp agency.

The best way to get clients for my local agency?
Local SEO, Facebook Groups or something else?
No best way really it varies for each person.

For me, I talk to small businesses in my area as most haven't done anything online so I use my social engineering skills to convince them their competitor is taking away money.

Facebook is a great place, I picked up some clients through local WP fb groups.

As I browse a lot of sites, when I come across a bad one I cold email them saying their site looks like shit and they losing money in slightly different words :D
