Not too long ago I came across a site about this guy Harry Types from One Course in Google news!

Spun content in the first page of google news. The algorithm is not as clever as some people think it is.

They're adding a bunch of sites to the automated news but it's not the main news feed. I was surprised to find a blog I manage there, but it doesn't show up in the main google news.
