...less and less website got scrollbar on the right to view the bottom part of the website?
Are most of website made mobile friendly now?

When I visit some website I am forced to scroll down with the down arrow key, am I missing anything?

You can always use the scroll wheel. Or if you are on a laptop you can use 2 fingers on the touchpad to scroll.
And I always see the scrollbar to the right, so maybe something about your browser?

I don't get it, isn't the scroll bar to do with the browser?
 
I have had to use my laptop for the past 2 years because of moving overseas and no longer having my desktop. Using the 2 fingers on my touchpad ive never even glanced to the right of my screen.
 
I've seen site not showing the scroll bar on their site, but I can still scroll down using my scroll wheel mouse.

also does it even have an impact on page speed if you don't have it?
