Whenever I post something, I get messages "I can help, we can discuss it on telegram", when I answer that I don;t have telegram account (I will not give my phone number to them), it is EOT.

I don't have telegram. I might start using https://www.teamspeak.com/en/ if i plan to speak to people. Thats going through a renaissance at the moment, thanks to the discord age clampdown,
 
You can easily buy a phone number and register Telegram with it, or purchase a ready made Telegram account. It costs around $1, some are more expensive, some are cheaper

If I understood you correctly, you don’t want to share your private number? But you can hide it in Telegram and share only your username instead of your number.
