Am I shadowbanned on TikTok?
All my videos stop around ~300 views and never grow, no matter what I post. The only one that did numbers (6K+) was a paid promotion.


Is this a sign of a shadowban? If yes how do you fix it?
Is it better to reset the account or start a new one? And if starting fresh, what’s the best way to warm up a new account properly?

it's not shadowban
it's normal for not picked up videos
shadowban, you would not extend 50 views
 
this happens sometime's but as many people say's that before one video will blow your channel by getting millions of view's.
 
i think that is not a shadow ban becuz in shadow ban you won't get view's you just get like 1 view's or max 50 so this is not shadow ban just normal growth bud.
 
It's not shadowban. I think you should be more persistent and create more content.

I think you just need to keep posting, if you were shadow banned your views would be way lower

nah, you need to test different content strategies.
 
in my experience as soon as the shadowban hit all of my following videos got exactly 0 views
 
you're not shadow banned you just need to post at a certain time when your followers are most active. you can see it in the analytics center. Like for example my viewers are most active at 10pm so thats before going to sleep, i recon u upload at times like that.. posting during day time for me is a no lol i only get like 100 views.
 
Keep posting, it will eventually get unblocked.
I was stuck below 500 views for two months.
Then one day, the count grew very quickly.

I noticed that your videos are often blocked for not complying with the rules.
You are penalized and get fewer views.
 
YEah same I was stuck around 200–400 views for weeks. Not a shadowban, just not getting pushed past the first batch
 
Not shadow banned it means the content isn’t passing the engagement threshold. keep trying and post more

Probably not a shadowban. On TikTok, ~200–300 views is often just the first test batch. The platform pushes your video to a small audience. If watch time, retention, shares, and rewatches aren’t strong enough, distribution stops there. The fact that your paid promo hit 6K+ doesn’t prove a shadowban. Paid traffic is forced distribution. Organic and paid don’t behave the same.

If you suspect you’ve been shadowbanned, try using another account that doesn’t follow you to search for the hashtag of your recent video. Then check whether your content actually shows up in the results.

300 views is usually just the first test batch, not a shadowban. TikTok pushes it to a small group and stops if retention or watch time isn’t strong enough.

Before starting a new account, try improving the hook in the first few seconds and check your average watch time. Resetting rarely helps if the content pattern stays the same.
