Am I shadowbanned? And other questions

When i publish a new post, always my photos don't appear in the recent section of the location. I'm in the recent section of hashtags but not in the location. Is this a sort of shadowban?
Other questions:

During the "life" of my ig account, i used a lot of things to improve my engagement. In the past years i used bots until it was possible and then (also now) i used services for likes, followers, panels, telegram and instagram groups etc. I make my account "dirty" in this sense and i think that now i'm paying the price because i don't have the same great results with my posts like in the past. My engagement dropped, my likes and followers too and i never go in the popular section of the hashtags and my posts are only seen by my followers (i reach 2000-3000 people from home of 12000 followers). I try to be active, to engage with people (my followers and not), to use relevant hashtags following the tips in this forum. I tried also to change the ip of my connection at home, i formatted my phone to change things that instagram could see. I don't know what to do more, nothing changes. In your opinion, should i start a new account from 0 or continue to try to find a solution?

I have exactly the same problem, out of 32k followers i have , my posts reach only 4k/5k , and i almost reach no one through hashtags and explorer. when i used to have 10k followers, my posts were reaching more profiles and i was getting 3 times more likes and engagment, now at 32k followers my posts are getting barely 250 likes is embarrassing, i do not know what to do
i have never used any black hat method, and the only thing i used was paid instagram promotions *( spend over 1k euro ) to make it reach 32k
