Am i sandboxed?

I bought 2 domains on November 2010 which is 9 months old and started doing offpage seo 3 months before. I used to build backlinks in regular basis for both the site and within 1 month of doing SEO i found one of my site not ranking at all for the keyword (not even in the top 1000) so than i left out that site and was doing SEO for the 2nd site. Now it has been 3 months and it was ranking for 5 keywords on the 1st page and couple of days backs all the keywords have gone to 100+ and 200+ positions .


I was more into high PR profile link creation and forum posting. 2 weeks back i bought AMR blast and scrapebox blast for the domain and internal pages. I know it should be the reason but i dont find any of the backlinks crawled or have been indexed.

I am out of ideas . Please tell me what should i do to do get it back

How many live links did you get with your scrapebox blast and amr blast?

although i'm not 100% sure of the existence of the sandbox, i have seen things like this. when i get de indexed or when i lose rankings, i just keep adding "original" content and i also do some backlinking.

if you ask me sanbox is just a myth.

I did not get any live backlinks from scrapebox or AMR blast and currently in total i have around 540 backlinks according to yahoo site explorer.

Also if it is a Google dance why would all my keywords that were ranking go way down? If it is Google dance 1 keyword going down wouldn't concern me but why all my kewyords?

How are you checking your links? Through Yahoo?
