I've never been sandboxed before but I think I just was. My site was ranked on position 1 for MANY keywords, I have a blog with tons of unique info including video, music etc. I make multiple posts per day and usually get indexed on the first page of google for my title within 5 minutes.

For some reason today my site disappeared from google off the first pages (still ranked in yahoo). I checked my main keyword and I'm ranked 205, before I was page 1. I checked many different keywords that I was ranked position one for and they are not even ranked in the top 100. All of my pages are still indexed, just 100-200 sites down the list.

What happened? I've always been 100% whitehat with it, always unique content. I'm ranked in alexa and have plenty of backlinks that come in from social media or blogs linking to me.

The only thing I changed in the past 24 hours - I took adsense completely off the site and added a CPA banner linking to a peerfly iphone ad. They get pissed that I took their ads off or what?

try site:yourwebsitename.com , if you see your website index...you are not sandboxed..google is just dansing with you...othwise yes you have been sandboxed...any blackhat techniques you used??

dont know much... try clearing the changes.....

No blackhat at all - 100% legit whitehat.

All of my pages are indexed, but they all dropped from page 1 to rank 100-200 (every single one of my pages). What kind of dance is that if all of those pages have been ranked in 1 spot and now all the sudden every page on my site is 10-20 pages back on google?

give it a few more days and see what happends.

If you change your content a bunch recently then wait a couple weeks... Google has a new love hate relationship with itself everytime an existing page changes too much. Should come back in a few days if its the case and then vanish again then reappear ... after about 10-14 days it will settle into your new content and you'll stabilize from there. Negative impacts occur quickly and positive impacts slowly percolate. If you stabilize and start to see slow improvements every couple days or so let it ride until it levels out. That will be the new longterm placement from the changes you made. If you react too quickly to google love/hate behavior you'll never know how the original changes would have performed so always change a little and measure a lot.

same thing happened to me. The only thing I remember is giving my site to some person who emailed me after i posted a question about getting a link exchange because they wanted to know the url then 10 min later I get sandboxed. I looked back 50 pages than just gave up trying to find exactly where it was after not seeing it. Pure white hat site, maybe I got a penalty because I was syndicating some articles to different article directories and they thought I was taking articles from them and putting them on my site...

Usually when you update your content it will dissapear and then reappear after a few days

if it doesn't come back in the next couple days or weeks don't worry

recently I seo'd a website hard and my website got sandboxed. 2 Months later it popped up on the #2 page for a keyword that has 45 million competing pages with VERY heavy TLD oriented domains. Keep plugging away with backlinks!
