Am I Sandboxed?

My sites doesn't appear in top1000 of google for any keywords, but when i search for the site name it comes up. Does this mean I'm sandboxed or are the keywords too competitive? I looked at the 900-1000 results and they look like crap compared to mine...

You'r penalised. I wouldnt say you are sandboxed

Possibly penalized... but maybe not. I'm going through the exact same thing with a client site right now. We've been working our way up and all of a sudden... BANG. Out of the top 1000, but still indexed.

We haven't done anything to get penalized for... we have made a LOT of changes on the site though and added some legitimate links. My feeling is it will be back in a few days... I'm not worried.... yet!

I think the question to ask yourself is, "did I do anything recently to get myself penalized?" If so, then maybe worry. But again, my feeling after seeing some of the results after this latest google update is that you will be back shortly!

My sites are a few months old and I did some senuke and sb blast 1000 blogs a day on their 3rd mth... is that highly possible that I get penalised from that?

Any way to remove the penalty? I read about continuing to build backlinks at the same rate... Will that help?

I would continue to build links as usual... maybe not such a blast all at once... just some every week.

I've also found in the past that opening an adwords account has helped me when I landed in the sandbox. Don't know if thats possible for you, but it may help.

Still not convinced you're in the sandbox or penalized... sometimes if there are major changes to your site you'll go through a "screening" or "filtering" process and show back up in 3-7 days.

Yes, continue to build links from authority sites; Also, I do not think that it's ever a good idea to add a site, add a few links and then blast the site 1000 links one day. As mentioned above, build links "naturally"
