Am I racist?

Exactly. You put that perfectly. I am an American. I avoid speaking my native language. I feel bad for the anti-work culture I was thrown into. The way language is used here is awful, lots of dirty and bad words. I don't feel proud of myself for using that.

I must move on to a different country where I will be able to live to my fullest potential and actually get paid for what I'm doing plus be respected by other people.

My life is hell, so why not try. Nothing to lose anyways.

Alright. But I'm worried that I will make my situation worse by moving to another country.

People around me think like I do and they stay here for decades thinking it's hard to speak a different language and it doesn't make much sense to leave this place cause they hear in media or smth. No idea why people fear that so much. They always look for bias and people who left the country in an irresponsible way.

There is some insane impostor syndrome cause only 50% of people have basic employment. And nobody believes they can speak English well enough to communicate with cooworkers abroad, so they find their nation abroad and work that way. It's like some massive dependency syndrome.

I get 10 - 20 times less of what I feel I should get. Plus I was called bad names by my employers, ironically: "visionary", "entrepreneur", "hustler", "get rich or die tryin'", "stupid marketer", "jack of all trades". Shit. I fear it will be the same abroad. I heard from people here work conditions are even worse.

Maybe life is hell?

You can work in another country for sure, but never forget your home country and be proud of it. Your country has some of the most beautiful women. Even if things are not working out for you, you can live in another country, come back to your country, and help build it the way you want with what you learned there. That's how you grow. I know many people who worked for another country and came back to their homeland and made a change for their own people, so go for it.

Am I racist if I want to change my nationality from russian to american? What do you think?
Hmmm you want to change nationality. Why?
No need.you can live in another country and enjoy everything without changing nationality.

Fearing that things will be the same abroad is a valid point, but the only way to find out is by going there and checking it out yourself. Maybe take a whole month off work and travel to a completely different country with a relatively low cost of living? I would go to Indonesia, Thailand, or something similar, and would just check it out for myself and decide whether it's right for me.

I also wanted to go to the USA and did some research on their work culture, but it's definitely not for me. Watch Joshua Fluke - he has some interesting videos on the American work culture and general corporate insanity.

Life is what you make of it. It can be hell and it can also be heaven, but it's up to us to change it. You will encounter idiots and retards in every country (some more than others), but it's up to you to put yourself in a position where you don't have to deal with them as much.

Ever heard of someone who changed nationality solely due to any bathroom missing or missing bathroom issue ? :confused:o_O
(Just kidding ....)
Ever heard of someone switching gears because they felt like they're driving too slow and make it harder for themselves and their relatives?

That's what I want to do! Get hired and get paid $7k monthly for my labor!

I worked for people way worse than you think and it was $400 per month.

Sometimes they wouldn't employ you legally. Many people I know sold drugs cause that fucking $400 wouldn't let them sustain themselves on the most basic level.

What a fun time that is to spend time in jail like my father did!

Engineering, marketing, skills. None of that will help in jobs here.

United States already saved my life times and times again. And they will help me again.

Watch people on this forum from the US. This is insane what they reach thanks to their discipline and work culture.

Anti-work culture is not what I subscribe to. It destroyed me.

Then you've got your answer - do everything you can to move to the USA. I think it would be the perfect fit for you and I agree with what you said. There's no point living in Russia if it sucks this bad and the people there are completely different from you.
