I started blogging last July 14 and published 30 articles already as of today.
I've been building backlinks manually with the help of SEO Buddy.

Is these stats already good for 9 days old blog?

Good rating you have mate,try to do more backlinks and add more contents with monetization ads to generate earnings.
 
You should keep adding more quality backlinks
 
I would chill with the backlinks, and keep adding content, and monitor your organic SEO visits. Only increase your backlinks in direct proportion to your traffic. Otherwise google will think your just another spam blog, as every noob goes to fiverr to get hundreds of links in a millisecond! Time and impact plays an important factor. I have blogs that have added 100's of keywords in the past 30 days, and I haven't updated them content or backlink in almost years now, lol I'm too busy doing other things, but when I get to go back to them, I don't have to do much, but make a couple of new posts or backlinks, and then disappear for months again.

What is your objective of starting a blog? Getting more traffic, right? If that is the case then the image you shared is totally irrelevant. It is only the DR and backlinks metrics by AHREF tool.

What is more important is how much traffic you are getting (or you are planning to get). Your blog is only a few days old, it is a fresh domain and has only 30 articles.

How many visitors you have per day?
 
Looking good but don't overdo the backlinks.

Focus more on content now while slowly picking up the pace with backlinks.
 
It's pretty good. You can target more long tails keywords, keep your site updated with more high quality articles, do proper internal linking, and promote them on social medias.
 
I would have taken some time before starting to build backlinks.
 
Metrics mean nothing.
The only thing that matters is your goal achieved.

Do you want to make money with this?

If want to make money then you should have a plan to follow eg ranking for a set of keywords that will bring customers.

How much is the traffic? If you have started to get some traffic, you are on right path.
 
Focus on your website too. On Page and content on your website is as important as the backlinks you are creating. The more content you have related to the niche you are working, the more benefit you will be getting from these links in terms of traffic.
 
Looks very average but it's early days, keep adding on quality articles and backlinks,and promote them on social media platforms.
 
Building links from the first week isn't a good idea
Fresh domains take time to gain Google's trust
Prioritize content for at least 2-3 months
