Am I missing it or...

...is there no section for e-mail marketing? Mobile marketing was just added, but e-mail is much older and more popular, so it seems prudent to have a section for it. I am trying to start mailing and I was going to read up on techniques, software, etc. that people use but I didn't see a forum for it.
