Am I MFA? Will Adwords Ban Me?

I have a site that uses the bluesense wp theme (for referrence - http://www.noobstarter.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/bluesense_2.png minus the red disclaimer, that's not on mine). I have over 360 very high quality duplicate plr articles on it with one being posted per day. My domain is almost a year old.

My question is...does my site qualify as a MFA in G's eyes? My theme kinda screams MFA but as far as I know it doesn't break the TOS, I have every ad marked clearly and at no time do I have more than three ads. The articles are well written with perfect grammer, they are top notch stuff and there's alot of them (like 364?) but they are duplicate. I have archives going all they way back to aug of 2010. Some of the articles are over 1,000 words, but most are around 400-700.

I have a $100 adwords voucher and I want to run a campaign on the site but I don't want my adsense or adwords account banned. I plan to sell the site for about $2k soon so losing adsense would be a big blow. Some days this site makes almost $13/1,000 visitors on adsense so I can't mess that up.

What do you think? Is it MFA as far as G will be concerned?

In all honesty, I wouldn't do it. It definitely would be considered a "thin" site plus it does look like a MFA.

BTW...The reason why I say this is because you have all of your ads above the fold as if your wanting a click.

As long as you make 13 USD daily and your traffic comes mainly from Google, you should be semi-fine.

But imo you are not playing safe, no. You should have as much unique, quality content as possible.

Your configuration looks more like somebody's way to game the system than somebody's who want to provide useful informations and happen to monetize its efforts.

But since you aren't making lots of money, nobody should investigate you.

Well I am making good money actually, that's why I hate to lose it (plus it's on my main adsense account). On good days I get $13/1,000 views, not $13 a day. I was planning to drive about 10,000 views with adwords alone but now I'm getting nervous. I get a lot of traffic from social sites, I average about 35% organic. I have done some basic SEO on it, but it doesn't have many backlinks at all.
