Yes, nothing wrong to embedded youtube videos on your website even the videos not yours.

Yeah, I believe you can do it with any video because basically you are just putting a "Link" to the original video.

I took the title completely wrong....everyone else said what mattered.

Hey buddy..!!! Yes It's legal, but some videos may not be.If you download RealPlayer till they permit you to download videos. It would be illegal for public use but not for personal use.its legal, but some videos may not be.If you download RealPlayer till they permit you to download videos. LOL yes dude. No problems here. If the YouTube creator doesn't want the video to be embedded onto other websites they can actually choose that option in YouTube's settings for that video.

Good luck with the website!

yeah you can , but you cant fetch a YT video to a APP or SO its Against there TOS !

If they find something illegal on your YouTube they simply delete it. Streaming to sites from YouTube is quite legal. Chill out)

Yes, embedding content is fine.

You can't download the videos and host them as your own...

Yes, by embedding a video into your page you're just providing a link back to the video. As long as you're not downloading then reuploading the video as your own (which you're not) you're fine :)
