Am i infringing copyright?

Lets say i upload this video to my channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BxmaimQ3cZ4 on youtube

Am i infringing any copyright? Since it was edited from another person? Can the guy that edited the video take down my video if he contacts youtube? Or the only copyright agency that could take down my video is WWE or Randy Orton?

It doesn't give any licensing info (not that I could see, anyway) but I notice there is a watermark with a website URL on it. I would say you ARE infringing copyright unless you get the owners permission first. E-mail him and ask. The worst he can do is say "No". I'm not a lawyer, so usual exclusions apply.

The original video pretty clearly is violating copyright. No real way for them to come after you, since they don't have the rights to their work.
