Am I going to get banned from Adsense?

I have making about 5 dollars average from google adsense, my site gets about 2,500 unique visitors everyday. On Average My CTR rate is very low like .30%. Today I noticed I had like 20 Clicks for adsense and 15 were from United States, for these 15 click I only made 92 cents which is very low from United States. Few Hours later i have 33 click alone from United states and now it is 96 cents, after all this my CTR rate is .92%. I know someone is doing invalid click on my adsense account. Should I worry about this? or not since my CTR rate is still very low . By the way I did submit the invalid click form to Google

I wouldnt worry if it's only a couple of clicks (<100) if they do start clicking alot more then I'd send a message to adsense in the hope that they wont ban your account, although they probably wont listen to you.
