So just an hour ago i posted a new video on my yt channel where the first few views came from suggested videos even though my impression click thru rate is still zero
Are these views inorganic? Is this normal?

It's difficult to determine that without more info
and for the CTR it may take time for youtube to give the right data and update your analytics

Should i turn off monetization on the video meanwhile?

It's possible that the first few views on your YouTube video came from suggested videos, which are a type of organic traffic. Suggested videos are recommended to viewers based on their past viewing history, search queries, and other factors.

If your impression click-through rate is still zero, it's likely that your video hasn't received any clicks from YouTube search results, browse features, or external sources. However, it's important to keep in mind that YouTube's algorithm is complex, and there are many factors that can influence how your video is recommended to viewers.

If those suggested views dont have impressions it could be that someone put the link to your video in their video description and people clicked through it or someone bought panel views to your video. the latter is dangerous to your adsense.

if your getting direct/unknown views that only watches a few seconds of your video (usually last 10-20secs) then you are being attacked.

Most likely there's nothing to worry about.
Check the analytics in a day and it should look normal.

No need.

I don't think is a bot attack, if I'm not wrong the bot view show as external views right? those where recommended by youtube algo seems to me.

A couple of days ago I had an increase in external visits to a video that is from 2020, 50% external and 50% direct, it affected my general organic traffic a lot, today it is normalizing, it is a video of the bunch that was never shared.
I don't think someone would take the trouble to send bots randomly to a video of mine, which is also one of thousands that I have
What did happen is that the display time fell from 37s to 12s on that video, nothing serious

edit: I think a large part of these views came from ampproject org

i have around 460 vids on my channel and i always wondered
why, after posting a video my analytics would say 100 likes, but video
likes would say 60-70 ect, i guess its stats playing catchup

You should upload more videos and check the response before making a decision. But the biggest problem with this issue is that there is no solution for this. You cannot stop these.

Sometimes that will happen but it's no problem, its normal thing don't worry about it.
