Check profitability before jumping in. It could be a goldmine or 'keg of gun powder' Good luck.

Use EXACT not Broad and you will see the true results.

If you want to even get more technical and accurate, you can run an adwords campaign for the KW and see how many daily impressions you get.

He said he was using EXACT and local which is usually a rough estimate of the traffic that keyword gets
