i have made blog about interesting niche on blogspot.com and put adsense on it. Every day couple of times i write new articles on blog (mostly c/p from other pages with little of my own text). I have also made facebook page with same title. In 4 days i have 272 visitors on blog and not a single ? earned on adsense. I have submitted page on some sites and hope that people will come to page. Is that right way to do something and earn in future or should i change something. Will google index me if i have c/p texts?

the visits will be probably your own. use a specific browser when visiting your own blogspot website and go to blogger and under stats check do not track my own views. do it on every browser if you visit your website for more than one web browser i.e firefox, chrome, i.e, opera etc
You need to do some seo that include link building and social bookmarking.
Blogspot is a good choice for beginner's who don't want to spend money on custom domain and web hosting, i also started from blogger back in 2009.
Just stick to your blog, build backlinks, join social networks twitter, pinterest, facebook. create your website account there and post regularly and update them.
Don't focus too much on money or you will fail in start, thats my little experience. try to put content or useful information/ posts that visitors want from you.
If you have time create a hubpages and squidoo accounts and posts some original and good articles there put one good link in each of the article, don't make it spammy or it will get removed.
Stick to it, for sometime and you will succeed. Good Luck

Copy pasting articles is a big NO.
Be it difficult, but try to write about two 350-400 words unique article every week. Trust me, that helps a lot!

some of visits are my own, but i have disabled my visits under stats, and i have visits from other countries (not only from my own). thank you for other informations, also.
why big NO, plase if you could explain little more. is it because they are copied or just because i am trying to generate some money from text someone else has written? i am not that goog with englis to write texts like that, so i must steal some texts. or it will be better to write text on my bad english, but they will be original? thank you

Google won't rank copied content, if they have already indexed the original text or they will rank it much lower. Also potentially you could have issues with other webmasters finding that you have used a ton of copied content and being angry. It's also a breach of copyright. As soon as someone posts content online, the copying of the said content is a breach of copyright.
