So this happened overnight. My website went from 60~ backlinks to 500+. 400 are from w3snoop.com and ip4.bz, I have no idea what these websites are. Is someone trying to mess me up or is this natural?

Could be a sitewide link from a single site and can do more bad than good, better to disavow the domain.

There are sites out there from which you can get a quick 100,200 or more backlinks (mostly statistic sites, website info sites etc). Most probably someone submitted your site to one of these online tools.

you are safe now if you disavowed, and keep a track on it regularly , as if some one is up for it intentionally, he may repeat this, and that could be more bad.
