Am I being neg seo'ed?

Hi, I noticed that i'm getting alot of backlinks from jigsy and snappage since 30th November. It's making my website lose its rank.
I'm not sure how i'm getting all these links coming from the same domain, i dont remember using any spammy seo service from bhw.
Now what should i do? Disavow all the links on gwmt? or can i block all future backlink coming from these 2 sites pointing to my site? thanks

It seems that you are been neg-seo'd. It is becoming common lately and Yes, of course disavow would at least help you stop the negative reputation that you are getting on google. Anything else that you can do to stop the links from those sites will do you a great deal.

yes disavow them. Since the links come from only two root domain, I would suggest to disavow all links coming these domains.
I think you can disavow a domain like this:

Any links that you believe may be causing you loss of rankings should be disavowed.

Jigsy and Snappage are both free website builders. It's possible that someone added your site to their blogroll/sidebar. Find out whether those links are sitewide links or not and request for them to be removed. If the blog owners refuse, offer them a little sum of money or just disavow outright and state the reason why you couldn't remove the links in your disavow file.
