Am I being Inboxed by a Spam Mastermind?

OK, Last week I received 2 email spam on my gmail account.
No biggie, I got spammed before, just hit mark as spam and move on.

Today, I receive an email from the same sender with the same message!?!
I took a closer look and WTF: the sender is the recipient of message?

Is gmail fucking me over or am I being spammed by a Genius who can bypass google filter?

I can make any email show:
FROM: Admin <[email protected]>

But that doesn't mean anything. The real from address is shown in the email headers.
(envelope-from <[email protected]>)

Yes Zapdos is right, he is using something called Telnet. Just google it.

What?.... Telnet has nothing to do with email...

Checked the header, it's the same email address
This bitch somehow managed to inbox me even though I marked 2 of her message as spam!

People used to use Telnet to manually connect to the mail servers and send email with forged headers using that...
'HELO', etc.
