Am I banned? :/

Hey, just wanted to confirm if others are facing this issue or am I the only one.
I'm seeing a pretty strange homepage as if I'm not signed in. Can't do pretty much anything (check inbox, notifications, create a new thread etc) unless I'm on my profile page.
Is this a glitch or I'm banned here ? :/

I see the same. I thought wtf is this a phishing page? But no, probably it is some anti-ddos protection
