Am I banned for life?

I opened my first tiktok account, followed around 20 people, made some comments, and then posted my first video:
1st Video: 160 views
2nd Video (day 2): 0 views

logged out, tried to log back in and it says "account does not exist"

Do they ban that particular email, or my IP?
