Am I aloud to use google adsense?

Whats up fellow BHW visitors,

I have a website that is getting a lot of traffic and some money from amazon affiliate links. I was considering adding google adsense as a monetization method. The only possible problem is I have done a lot of black hat link building and purchasing and plan to continue to do this. I know under regular circumstances it isn't illegal to build black hat links to websites. However, when you agree to a TOS that says no black hat link building and there is money being given to you based on this, is it still legal? I know that Google wouldn't come after me if they found out I was doing this in any other way than punishing my website and banning my adsense account. Even so if it is illegal I don't want to do it. So is it?

bro make one new site.... and put banner on your money site for that site... so people come on new site so no worry about black hat....

Google TOS are not law. I've never heard of anyone being prosecuted for breaking terms of service. If that's what you're asking
To be honest, I've also never heard of anyone getting their Adsense account banned for black hat links, unless they're also a source of traffic.
Although I wouldn't use a website with black hat links to try getting Adsense approved

As others have mentioned, Google terms of service are not law, so you don't have to worry about being prosecuted as long as you stay away from actual click fraud. Google AdSense is the welfare check of webmasters, and I would find a better way to monetize that traffic.

Consider drop shipping as an alternative to being an affiliate.
