This is an English only forum.

I've had conversations with staff members that are above me and it was explained to me that the English only rule is across the board.

I don't peer into conversations to make sure that only English is being spoken but the rule is English only.

PART of the reasoning is that if there is an issue we need to be able to decipher things and that would require that we know all the languages of the people that are a part of BHW.

I'm pretty good with English, Spanish, French and Latin (dead language but still rattling around in my cranium) but would not be able to moderate something in Urdu or Hindi for instance.

That is one reason that this is an English only forum.

He gave you his best advice based on what he knew... give him a break.

In the meantime stop making me work overtime because you want to hear someone in your native tongue as opposed to learn, share, give and appreciate what is being shared on this forum in English.
