Am I a failure?

You haven't failed until you stop trying, but I think you may be moving from one method to another too fast. I obviously dont know the details of your ventures, but maybe give one method a little more tries before you switch to the next one. If it works for someone else, you can make it work. If you can make $0,25 a day, you can make $25 a day.

Stop with trying to find a methodology but instead decide on a product to sell. You build your marketing campaign after your selection of a product and keep in mind wanting to make money is not a tangible goal but rather a by product of your good efforts.
 
Your are not a failure yet cos at least you are still in college

Finish up college, get a decent job, start IM as part-time.
If you manage to scale up things and create a sustainable income then quit your job
That is a better option than abandon/barely finish your study and later struggle in the IM industry because you cant get a well-paid job.

Anyway, It is always good to have some extra money from a fix source so you can get "things done" for your IM campaign instead of doing it by yourself.
Safer way to learn so you don't have to worry bout financial problem :)
(most of ppl that I talk to have a 9-5 job and still they bank 20-30k once in a while)

You should think of making calculated risk before jumping into IM full time.
Truth is, only 10%-15% in this very forum manage to get sustainable income in this industry,
the rest is just average joe that "trapped" in their dreams of becoming millionaire in IM.

If you can write in English very well and spin multi-level, also if you have 6-8h/day to work you can PM me and I'll tell you what to do for SEO if you want to take that route. You'd have to work your ass of, not whine, not find excuses why this is hard, this doesn't work, this is time consuming, this and that. If you're a whiner do not bother wasting my time. If you're willing to work, I can teach you what to do to get a site ranked. Depending on the keyword you will rank in 2-6 months. For that work volume you will probably make at least $300/mo passive income.

Again, do not bother me if you're not hard working and determined.
 
Have you spent any real money?

Even though internet businesses seem to bend the rules a bit, it still takes money to make money. I'm outsourcing a lot of my busy work because it's just bogging me down, making me inefficient most of the time. At the end of the day I wonder what the hell I was doing all day, and mostly its administrative duties.

I feel like this is the biggest thing keeping people from success most of the time.

Do you mind if I also PM you? I am making money but its not passive. I am pretty good in English but need to learn spinning a bit. But I got about 1 month as its summer vacation and after that at least 5 hours a day. BTW I do ask a ton of questions, hope you dont mind that. Would be glad if you can teach me a few stuff about ranking.

I failed a lot too. Most of my method are trowing me up, Only 2 method are alive and bringing me bucks.

Don't give up dude! learn from your mistakes.
 
It's not an easy game. But don't give it up. I am in the IM over one year and I've spent more than I'd earned.

I start with amazon and I failed (2 times)

I failed with clickbank

I failed with CPA

I succeed with Adsense -> then failed

But even when I lost money, I learned from my mistakes and failures. I learned a lot about SEO, link building, marketing etc. And I going forward. It's hard to stay focused, but I keep trying. So Hold On!
 
Neo240 ok, but i do not know fast methods. So one month of work might not be enough. And i'm not going to explain a lot of details, I'll just tell you what to do mostly.

You've spent alot of time learning - and the best thing to do is to keep learning - and before you know it, you'll have to learn what to do with your money. If you're the average age for a college student, you are almost 30 years younger than me and I really only started taking this seriously earlier this year. (I'm still working at being successful in IM too).

I have been part timing in IM for a year, while working in an industry based day job.

What I've learned is that part timing is not enough to succeed the trial and error process requires 14 hour days purely devoted to your online business endeavours. Short cuts and tricks didn't work for me. I have about 25 live sites that are in different stages of production.

The one thing I noticed was that the sites which I actually put quality content on then did some SEO for, ranked well and brought me quality traffic which I haven't figured out how to monetise yet besides adsense.

So I have switched my priorities to creating good quality content and well designed sites for visitors rather than figuring out how to get visitors to a MFA site.

I remember asking Madoctopus for advice almost a year ago and he was kind enough to give me the opportunity, which I never took him up on due to time restrictions at the time.
 
Keep up. Failure is part of thr game. Out of 5 websites I created, 4 were failures.
You only fail when you stop trying. So go out there and have fun.
 
You are a failure, if upon failure you think about giving up
You are a success, if upon failure you have only one option - to try it again, without doing the same mistakes :)
