AlwaysOnPC always gives a new ip address?

I want to use AlwaysOnPC for upload video to youtube and it not delete my video, then i want to know if AlwaysOnPC always gives new ip address?

I haven't tried AlwaysOnPC, but from what I could understand it seems to me that it is just an app run locally on your PC/Android/iPhone/Mac. It doesn't run on any server with different IP than your home IP, so it shouldn't give you a new IP if that is what you were asking.

Try using services like HMA so you can get many IPs cheaply. Actually HMA is very commercial already, and you'll probably get banned uploading youtube videos with them, so try to find similar VPN services which are not very well known, there are lots of them if you do a little research!

How many Ips you need?

If you are ok with 1 IP try with hotspot its free..

PrivateInternetAccess is one of the oldest and still manages to amaze me. They have a cheap yearly plan and a bazillion IPs. I have yet to use their service and have my IP detected as a proxy. (But I don't really use their USA servers, so it depends on your intent)
