I have a website that offers a service for free and I get money from donations only. People are starting chargebacks for the donations and I used to win them all, but lately something changed with PP and I'm losing them all and then I have to appeal and even then I don't always get to keep the donations.
I have no idea what to do, or write in order to prevent this from happening.
My donation option is a simple donate now button that PP provides..

Please help

I wonder why you have so many disputes in the first place. Must be something seriously wrong with what you are doing/providing/promising people to have so many disputes.

Exactly. tell us more about this, after this step we can talk about next one

What's the reason of the chargebacks? If you have a legit site, i can't really imagine any plausible reason to chargeback a donation other than unauthorized charge, which you won't win obviously.

Put it in your TOS, that they are giving the donation to you for no service in return what so ever. Make people agree to the TOS, before they donate. So when a chargeback occurs, they can't say, that the service sucked, hence the chargeback.

Sounds like you're doing something to piss them off. You're on BHW, so don't try & act innocent cause people here smell fish from far far away.

Not acting innocent. I offer a service I don't provide. It's free, but if they want to get the service faster, they can donate.
Already made a TOS. Still can't win chargebacks.

Do they say seller protection isn't offered? Is there any way to track your service? Perhaps include order numbers with confirmations?

Well my guess would be... find a more legit business? Scamming people won't make you a living. And you're risking a lot.

Well I dont want to be skeptical but maybe u scamming a bit if people after donating money charging them back - whats the point to donate and chargeback - its against donation logics

So practically you offer a service with two options, there's a slow free version and they need to donate, if they want it to be faster. Do i get this right? Because in this case, i don't see any problem with this.
The reason of their donations is clear for them? Because if it's clear and you really provide the service faster, i can't see why PayPal would side with the donators.

The worst case might lead to perma ban. If you treasure the account, why not switch service providers, chances of your existing is running a BH or laundering method
