AltusHost Question

Hey everyone,
I have a few questions about AltusHost (hosting company)

1. Will they suspend my movie niche website? Do they allow this?
2. Should I get a .com or a .info
3. How the heck do I use Cpanel is it easy? The demo makes me confused file upload, subdomains, servers, ip's AHHHH!!!!!!!

2. Doesn't matter
3. If you don't want to learn how to use Cpanel, then you should quit the internet forever. It's the absolute easiest way to manage hosting stuffs.
