    MyCrowd, guru, Fiverr... really like mycrowd it is a new player in the space and aggregates workers from multiple platforms plus their own.

    MyCrowd, Guru, Fiverr.... I like MyCrowd they aggregate workers from several platforms and have a slick interface.

    i used to like elance but people(india mostly) bid low so in a post is much competition or lot of indians :p
    freelancer is fucking shit man, worst ever
    im looking for a new freelance site also

    For design I use behance. I just post a job I think it costs $200 then message a few hundred candidates and create my own competitions. I agree the quality of an odesk designer is the lowest quality garbage imaginable.

    Digital Point Forums and Warrior forums are good ones if you want to find some instant freelancing work.

    Fiverr can be a great alternative if your Gig works in those tons of competition.
