Are there any viable open-source alternatives to dreamweaver you would recommend?

Because my motivations are financial,I'd rather avoid downloading a torrent to not get in trouble with adobe.

PS:I know that I could code everything from scratch and that the purists with a souped-up version of notepad would perhaps find this more advisable.
However,My whole strategy revolves more around sales and volume so I'd like to get a quick completion rate .:captain:

Notepad++ is a good alternative if you dont need a wsiwg interface.

I have notepad++ already,I wouldn't mind using it and I've made websites with it before but
I'm just trying to save time so WSIWG would be nice.
