Alternatives to Youtube?

With the recent changes to monetizing, It's not worth it uploading videos unless you are going for an affiliate offer, I want to upload gaming videos and I don't think I can mix them with affiliate offers, Is there any other platform where you can upload videos kai monetize them with adsense?
