Alternatives to SEMrush Listing Management

I'm seeking an alternative solution for directory listing. It's $20/month for each project currently. Looking for something that's maybe one time payment, or even free if it exists. What do you guys use and what the cost look like? Does it do more or less than SEMrush Listings? Would love to hear what you guys think.

I did think about doing it manually but I feel like it would take ages with the amount of clients.

I switched from SEMrush's tool to BrightLocal a while back. Paid annually, costs me less per month. It's pretty solid for local citation building and tracking. Manual's a pain for multiple clients; been there, done that.
