Alternatives to Paypal for WP site?

In a nutshell, I hate Paypal and I am sure I am not the only one here. Basically, I want to set a shop on a WP site and was wondering what you guys would recommend as a payment solution. Is there a way to get paid directly into ones bank account for example, or does anyone know of a better system than Paypal that doesn't freeze your account at the drop of a hat?

I know there are tons of options out there, but I would like to know what you guys recommend.

Thanks. Can you receive direct CC payments with them, or is it a similar system to PP?
 
2Checkout works fine with me.

You can take payments from Paypal too without having to deal with Paypal themselves.
 
All of the above mentioned gateways are great. If you want to go for a custom solution, go register with someone like ccavenue or similar. They need some initial deposit as security though. Please clarify with them :)

Also, G2S is a very nice payment processor if your products have high refund rates. You can actually withdraw the money when you lower your chargeback rate.

yep thats even possible with g2s.com
 
Another vote for 2checkout. They payout weekly and you can go through their paypal account.
Paypal and Goog checkout are cheaper though.
 
To use to checkout as a seller you should own a corporation ..wrong ??
 
I'm interested too in this, which is the cheaper system (which has the lowest fees)?
 
Authorize.net and 2checkout are two good alternatives. Other than that you can also check braintreepayments and stripe.
