Alternatives to HostGator, BlueHost (EIG)

Hi, are you searching for alternatives to Endurance International Group (EIG) : Hostgator, bluehost, JustHost, iPage etc

Endurance Group is known for having a lot of Hosting Companies, most of these companies are bad, they give a bad support, suspend you with no reason, they only want to make money. They add extras to "encourage" people buy things that they don't need, such as: Google Submitter, SEO Indexer, Antivirus etc.

Now, I will give you a list that will help you to choose better, in this list you will find hostings cheap, other with good support, other with expensive prices. However you decide, which you will pick or not.

Suggestions (I recommend you choose a Hosting Provider with Anti-DDoS to avoid any attack, your hosting should have protection against it, or your website will go down for hours. In these days is highly recommended you have Anti-DDoS Protection on your Hosting)

Well guys, this is all. I can't promise you will have a amazing support every day, every month. I can't promise they will give what you want, but what I can say is, this is much better than HostGator and any other Hosting of EIG, in my opinion.

*Advice: Most of support is on Web Hosting Shared Plans, if you buy VPS unmanaged you will receive support only with Hardware / Network, because VPS you are the responsable to manage it, unless you contract or pay for managed support.

Never go to the biggest one, are a lot of good providers, best thing before ordering a hosting service make a list of what you need from that service.

Yes, Blazingfast.io amazing support, fastest network and Anti-DDoS firewall included for free, they have a nice ping for Europe. And support is friendly if you have respect, you will be respected with them.
Hetzner, is also good in support and they have good network. But BlazingFast offers 10Gbps shared in Web Hosting, that is rare to see.

Ah sounds good. I have personally used hetzner they are pretty solid.

Been using OVH for the past few years. Amazing uptime, speed and ddos protection. Support is non-existent though, beyond terrible. If you can fully manage the VPS and are ready to resolve every problem by yourself, OVH is gold.

Well for OVH, if you do not know how to manage the server then do not bother. They are self-managed provider and will not provide support unless you have hardware or network issues. And suport takes ages to reply.

Give a try on Blazingfast.io, they don't do manage support for free. But if you have any problem with Apache, Nginx they solve it for you. Or maybe if they have knowledge they can help you identidy the problem and fixing it, or showing how to do it by yourself.

Support is amazing, price is not expensive, but isn't cheap. Anti-DDoS is included and they have Anti-DDoS Tunnel , Reverse Proxy, Custom ACL rules and Website Protection L7 in their services.

Dedicated Servers aren't cheap, but VPS is a good way to give a try, within 10 minutes you have your VPS delivered.

Great little list that you have there. EIG has been on the down side of things for some time now.

I am using 24shells from last 8 years, and my sites never went down even 8 times in last 8 years!!

THe ones I checked all took money in Pounds, is there a list of good providers in USA.

I'm using gbps.host it's a small company but their support is awesome.
