Alternatives to Gmail for Cold E-mailing

I'm looking for any alternatives to gmail.

I have a paid gsuite account and own domain (so not a free @gmail.com email) and I and my sending limit is 300 a day. I'm following all of the steps to avoid being flagged as spam, opt out, physical address, personalized fields, cleaning list to avoid bounces etc but even with warming up, eventually I get hit with an account suspension for violating their TOS.

I'm not too fussed about the sending limit but I can't keep getting my email accounts burnt and closed down.

Does anyone know of any alternatives that are also reasonably priced?

The reality of cold emailing is you're going to burn accounts and have to change accounts. There is really no way around it unless you go all opt-in.
