Looking for quick recommendations on tools similar to Figma for UI/UX design—something affordable, user-friendly, and collaborative. What’s out there?

Have you checked out Sketch or Adobe XD? Both are pretty solid and often have deals for new users.

If you want the closest alternative to Figma that doesn’t cost anything, go with Penpot. If you want a balance between features and price, and strong collaboration, Sketch or Adobe XD are both great choices.

Well... you can choose Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Invision or Adobe XD, they can help create mockups of your website.

Hey, great question!
Here are a few alternatives to Figma that people seem to like:

  • Adobe XD — solid for UI/UX, collaboration features, especially good if you already use the Adobe suite
  • Sketch — Mac-only, but super fast and lightweight
  • Penpot — open source, free, and getting better all the time
  • Framer — more design-plus-animation stuff, nice for interactive components
  • Vectr — simple vector tool, not full-featured but good for quick mockups

If you tell me your budget & which features matter most (real-time collaboration, prototyping, etc.), I can suggest what might be the best fit.

You must Try Penpot. But if you can afford go with Sketch And Adobe XD both are great.

Try Penpot (free & open-source), Pixso (budget + collab), Visily (easy UI), Adobe XD, or Mockplus — all good Figma alternatives.

For affordable, collaborative UI/UX design, Penpot is a strong open-source alternative with Figma-like features. Lunacy is a free, powerful desktop option with good Sketch compatibility. For browser-based teamwork, Framer is gaining traction and integrates design with prototyping. All support real-time collaboration.

You can look up Penpot for a good free open-source alternative, Lunacy is also excellent and light, and Adobe XD is also good if you are already in the Adobe ecosystem. Pixso is another cheap alternative with collaboration features similar to Figma.

These are the examples I know. Each website will have its own strengths.
Closest to Figma: Pixso
Best free option: Penpot
Best offline tool: Lunacy
Best for UX research & flows: Axure RP
