Alternatives to ePayments, Payoneer & Paypal?

Recently I signed up some affiliates from China and Ivory Coast. The issues are it's almost impossible to pay them through epayments, payoneer or paypal. We have all these but it seems that they do not work well in these two countries. I am looking for another payout solutions. Any ideas?
