I live in US, signed up for Coinbase, got verified, bought small amount of Bitcoin, waited 5 days, now they say my transaction is cancelled.
Many people on forums are having same complaint,I dont want to wait 30 days until they email me again with some other BS.

Does any one know of an alternative, that does not accuse you of weird account activity after you have done all the proper steps?

If your looking for alternatives I would Suggest:

Long Verification Process (Passport, Utility Bill, etc.)
Bitfinex
BitStamp

Easier Verification Process (ID, linking bank)
Circle
Sfox
Buttercoin

No Verification Process
Local Bitcoins
Btcquick

I Personally use Bitfinex for buying lots of coins at once 7.5k plus and Sell on Local Bitcoins. If you need some coins and want to stay anonymous or need them quickly feel free to use one of my Cash Deposit or Western Union adds. Could not add links since I am new here. But a quick google search with jpmi1 localbitcoins will bring up my profile.

ebay is good but slightly more expensive , btce if you can get cash there or local bitcoins is good but dont verify there just look for sellers that take paypal or bank transfer
also avoid sellers that join forums just to advertise themselves they are obviously on the look out for suckers

circle is great and you instantly get bitcoin when you buy it (after verifying your bank acc)
