I need to manage 3 different business accounts and schedule posts for each. Is there a cheaper version to buffer that anyone can recommend?

As per my experience Instagram ( FB) don't want other bot to automate things
That's why they have created their own automation tool which is absolutely free

No. Most legit sites use such tools to manage their social posts.
