Alternatives for Google Analytics & Webmaster Tools?

Looking for some decent alternatives so I can stop letting big brother G have so much free reign (a few posts I've been reading have me a bit worried..)

Any suggestions what to use instead of Analytics & Webmaster Tools?

I've heard of Piwik for Analytics..

Something along the lines of getclicky.com ?

CPanel tools - Awstats and Webalizer will tell you lots as well.
