Alternative ways on advertising on facebook?

Hi,
I used to do Facebook advertising in the past for my E-com store.
their algorithm blocked me and my payments and since then im not able to advertise on Facebook.

There are any alternatives?
Any other ways for getting paid traffic from Facebook or any alternative for getting good paid traffic for E-com?

Blocked you? Or your website url?

A)
If you, then ask someone else to create an Ad for you (friend for free) (freelancer - paid)

B)
If they blocked you URL, you need to either: move out from facebook and find lets say twitter of youtube to advertise OR buy a new domain name and RE-create a new campaign.

You only have two ways left to advertise on FB.

Buy shoutouts from pages - that's your paid alternative.
Spam groups with many accounts - that's your freeish alternative.

you have to tell you bank that your cc is stolen and should replace it with different info and you will get new payment method that's gone a work with fb

Have you heard about Ad-Networks? they can be good option to use, if you would like to try I was using AdMaven, and they offer variety of payment methods and terms.
