Alternative VPN like HMA

Hi,

First of all I do not know where to start this thread so sorry if it is in the wrong section.

Ok, so I just want to ask if you guys know any alternative to HMA. Dynamic open VPNs, I have search the forum and research other suggestion like strongvpn, ghost, pure etc. but all of them don have dynamic open vpns. I was routing for strongVPN atm but they have really limited servers and their only dynamic IP are PPTP.

So any suggestions? I atleast need 20-30 diff Ip per day so private proxies are out of the question since it will cost alot.

hidemyass vpn ip addresses are banned almost everywhere these days, what's worse is that their servers are loaded beyond capacity so you'll either get disconnected or get an extremely slow connection.

well can you guys give me alternatives? If you have exp on certain products, reviews would be very much appreciated. Also as I stated I cannot go into paid proxies since it will cost me too much. 20-30 diff proxies everyday will mean 10-30 dollars everyday depending on the quality.
